पूरे निर्धारित क्षेत्र में field operations को lead करना और local support network को विकसित करना।
Area-wise CSP Point setup एवं operational readiness की निगरानी।
HPCARD EV Mobility से local connectivity एवं coordination स्थापित करना।
किसान, स्थानीय public, FPO/partners और field teams के साथ direct समन्वय।
किसानों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए local support system विकसित करना।
फसल खरीद, collection और easy settlement process को क्षेत्र में मजबूत करना।

Field Manager
दिए गए district/area में ground-level network एवं farmer service operations को विकसित करना।
CSP Point/field service point setup के लिए location और local support तैयार करना।
किसानों से direct संपर्क और उनकी दैनिक service requirements समझना।
HPCARD EV Mobility एवं अन्य group services से field connectivity बढ़ाना।
फसल procurement के लिए किसान, collection point और field teams के बीच coordination।
Service issues की पहचान, follow-up और timely समाधान में सहायता।

CRM – Customer Relationship Manager
किसान एवं local customer relationships को मजबूत करना और service support को व्यवस्थित करना।
किसान onboarding, नियमित संपर्क और service feedback लेना।
किसानों की समस्याओं को record करके संबंधित team तक पहुंचाना और follow-up करना।
CSP, EV Mobility और अन्य उपलब्ध सुविधाओं की जानकारी स्थानीय स्तर पर देना।
Procurement, payment/settlement और service queries के coordination में सहायता।
स्थानीय language में स्पष्ट और जिम्मेदार customer communication बनाए रखना।

DCM – District Coordination Manager
District-level procurement, service points और stakeholder coordination को जोड़ने का कार्य।
District में CSP Point और local support system expansion की coordination।
HPCARD EV Mobility connectivity को संबंधित field network से जोड़ना।
किसान groups, local public, buyers/partners और internal teams के बीच समन्वय।
फसल खरीद, collection, documentation और easy settlement workflow की निगरानी में सहयोग।
District-level field issues का escalation, follow-up और resolution coordination।
